Our junior section is the largest part of our club. It is vital that we develop players from a young age and a huge amount of effort and time goes into supporting and training our youngsters.

 

We train players from the ages of 5 upwards and have various sessions and tournaments across the season to support their development - see our fixtures section. We will provide all equipment (except gum-shields and shin-pads) including sticks so come along to one of our sessions and see if hockey is the game for you!

 

We have a very successful "Badgers" team within the club, which is a full 11-a-side team made up of males and females aged 11-16 and 2 adults. They play across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire reguarly on a Saturday morning.

Players aged 8+ train at Lutterworth College on a Wednesday, 19.00-20.00, depending on ability and confidence. Please speak to one of our committee if you think this is something your child would benefit from or have any questions.

We run after-school hockey at Welford, Sibbertoft and Sulby Endowed School for Year 1 and above, from 3:45 until 4:30. This is open to all children regardless of which school they attend.
