Welford is a small, friendly club that was formed back in 1988 by a group of school friends.

Since then, we have gone on to become a competitive and ambitious club with teams playing across Northamptonshire and Leicestershire.

​

We have 1 mixed team who play in the Leicestershire and Rutland Leagues, a Badgers team who play in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire and numerous juniors teams who play in the Northamptonshire area.

​

Our aim is to provide excellent coaching, high-level playing opportunities, value for money, along with being a social and community-minded club. Our coaches are qualified and insured and we are accredited by England Hockey through their Club Mark scheme.
