COVID UPDATE
Please read the following information carefully and familiarise yourself with the risk assessments for training protocols at Lutterworth and Naseby.
To be compliant with EH's 'Return to Play' protocols, we need to set up a track and trace system. We have done this via Google forms. EACH WEEK, you will need to register for the appropriate training session via the form. This must be done in the event that someone in the club develops symptoms or tests positive for COVID19. This can be found either on our Facebook page or it can be emailed to you if you are on our contact list. Please email us welfordmhc@hotmail.com if you want to be on the email list or aren't already.
We also need EVERYONE who wants to play hockey this season to sign up the England Hockey's participation agreement below please.

It's very straightforward and covers keeping each other safe not just in terms of COVID, but player conduct and ethics. Please read the appropriate 'Advice for...' section here on the England Hockey Website before you complete it.

We have written a risk assessment for Naseby and Lutterworth. These are attached below. Please read and familiarise yourselves with the actions needed, especially entering and exiting pitches. There are colour coded maps at the bottom of each document which probably explain the process much better!! We will be on hand to remind you of the protocols when you arrive for training.
As a signed up member, you agree to abide by the club's and EH's codes of conduct and ethics - these can be found in our Club Mark section of the website.

We CANNOT return to hockey if we do not follow these protocols and we know that we will have your complete support with these matters.
